Mixed use. Retail and enterteinment center podium and residential tower.
Mixed use development developed as an extension to the successful Keruen 1 shoping and enterteinment centre location in the main boulevrd of Astana (Kazakhstan).
The project consist on a premium retail and exterteinment podium (including VIP cinemas, Spa and social club) and a 45 stories luxury apartment tower.
While the podium extends the existing building creating a friendly facade to the main boulevard, the tower develops with a gentle rotation towards the presidential palace and goverment building located at the end of the urban axis.

I was in charge of the design development of the residential tower (Stage D) coordinating a team of 5 people at the Moscow Studio and local consultants in the UK and Kazakhstan.
